What is the Charger All-Access Passport?

The Cypress All-Access Passport includes our Charger Bus Pass, Charger Food Pass, and Charger Book Pass. As part of their fees, students receive an OCTA bus pass each semester.
The Cypress All-Access Passport is your ticket to three amazing programs that assist with the additional costs of pursuing higher education brought by textbooks, food, and transportation.
The Charger Book Pass provides all your required textbook-related course materials for no more than $100 per semester. Once you register for any class, you’re in the program. Details are available on the Charger Book Pass page.
The Bookstore has a new concierge service desk which will help you with any questions about the Charger Book Pass or you can email them directly at: chargerbookpass@follett.com.
All students are automatically included in the Charger Book Pass program; however, students may opt out of the program during specified opt-out periods. You will have the option to opt out at the start of each term. Cypress College strongly recommends students attend the first meeting of all their classes before deciding whether or not to opt out.
To opt out, you will need to access the Charger Book Pass Opt-Out Portal and create an account using your Cypress College preferred email address (the email address you receive college communications at). Please check your college preferred email address for information on how to log in to the Opt-Out portal and review the process and specific deadlines. The email will be sent from noreply@follett.com and you may need to check your spam or junk folder. You can contact the bookstore at this email: chargerbookpass@follett.com

The Charger Food Pass provides students with $12/day to be used at the Charger Café Monday-Friday during the semester. You must be a current Cypress College student with a student ID to access this benefit. Pick up your Charger Food Pass at the distribution table in front of the Charger Café at the start of the semester.
The Charger Bus Pass provides students with an unlimited-ride pass for OC Bus fixed local routes valid throughout the semester. Download the OC Bus app and create an account with your Cypress College preferred email address to access your pass.
