Admissions & Records (A&R) is available to assist students in person and through the Virtual Front Counter. A & R is responsible for maintaining academic records and provides a range of services including academic evaluations, registration, petitions for exception, residency determination, and academic transcripts.

Disability Support Services (DSS) provides accommodations and services like adaptive equipment, alternate media, learning disability assessment, and testing accommodations to students with disabilities to ensure equitable access. The Cypress College Food Pantry, located in the Student Activities Center, will be offering drive-thru food distribution services on campus throughout the fall semester. This service will be available once a week every Wednesday starting September 2.
Students must register to use this service. Visit the campus website for more information.

The Financial Aid Office assists students with the financial aid application process and facilitates disbursements. The Veterans Resource Center  (VRC) provides assistance to active duty military, veterans, and their dependents seeking to complete a degree or certificate. It also provides opportunities for peer-to-peer support for academics and wellness as well as camaraderie, mentoring, and social networking. Contact the office for more information.

The Career Planning Center (CPC) helps you explore college majors and career pathways, develop your resume, and assist with job preparation. Talk to a career counselor online or sign up for the (free) CPC Canvas Hub to easily access information, resources, and workshops.

Express Counseling is available through the Virtual Front Desk where you can meet with counselors face-to-face through video conferencing. This online platform provides access to all services available in an in-person counseling session using audio and webcam features. Instant messaging is also available for general questions.
Counselors in major areas are available for scheduled appointments starting the third week of the semester.

The Health Center provides a number of services including telemental health counseling and telemedicine visits via the online Health Center Portal. It offers birth control consults, addresses minor urgent care issues, prescribes birth control and other medications as needed, and provides counseling for nicotine cessations as well as weight and nutrition.

EOPS assists students with economic, linguistic, and educational challenges (as defined by Title V). The Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE) program is comprised of EOPS students who are also single parents receiving public assistance; The California Work Opportunity and Responsibilit to Kids (C  alWORKs) program provides services to students who are receiving Temporary Aid to Needy Families (TANF); Guardian Scholars supports current and former foster youth; and Grads To Be provides help & resources to undocumented students.
